At TravelMite, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to offer flexibility, we also incur administrative and operational costs in planning your journey. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Non-Refundable Booking Amount:
The initial booking amount paid at the time of reservation is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Charges Based on Notice Period:
30 days or more before the departure date:
50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
15 to 30 days before the departure date:
75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
0 to 15 days before the departure date:
100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations:
In case of no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of departure, the full trip amount will be forfeited.
Requests Made 30 Days or More in Advance:
You may request to reschedule your trip without incurring any charges. This is applicable only for domestic trips.
Requests Made Within 30 Days of the Trip:
Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days prior to the departure will not be accommodated. No refund or date adjustment will be possible in such cases.
In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions, TravelMite reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any part of the itinerary.
In such cases, we will make every effort to offer alternative activities or revised plans.
However, no refunds will be provided for activities or services curtailed due to these external factors.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support team.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after the deduction of applicable charges.
Any third-party services (e.g., flights, hotels) booked through TravelMite may have separate cancellation charges as per their individual policies.
