We are excited to introduce the first ever ground-breaking 2 weeks Fitness with a twist Camp, amidst the mighty Himalayas – also known as the land of Gods – Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Adding cherry to the top is our in-house celebrity panel of fitness experts/Sportspersons – Mr. Rohit Tokas (Boxer - Commonwealth Games’22 Medalist, India Open National Champion),
Mr. Manak Thakur - VP Himachal Pradesh Professional Boxing Association, Manali Boxing Club Coach, Mr. Shaksham Thakur - 2 Times Khelo India Gold Medalist, 2 Times North Zone Gold Medalist, 2 Times All India Silver Medalist, Ms. Pratima Srivas (Certified Yoga Instructor, Body Pump Certified, Zumba) to name a few who would be guiding the guests throughout the duration of the event.

Upon arrival in Manali, the designated vehicle will be picking the guests up from the Manali Bus Stand or in cases wherein the guests arriving on their own may reach the Hotel directly. Once the guests have reached their designated hotel, they must complete the check-in formalities for the Hotel/Camp. Freshened up and post relaxing the guests would then be served hot lunch. We would thereafter be conducting an introductory session with the panel whereupon the guests would get time to interact with each of the event hosts followed by a cozy bonfire. Later, with a lip smacking dinner in your belly, tuck yourself in your cozy rooms.
We start the day early today, with a wake up call at 6 am superseded by Yogic Cleansing (Jal Neti), Mantra Chanting, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation (3 hrs) led by Ms. Pratima Srivas. Post the rigorous yet soulful filling session, the guests proceed for breakfast. Once done and freshening up, we would then head out for a short city tour visiting - The Famous Mall road, Hadimba Temple during the day (chargeable basis). Upon return Hot lunch would be provided. The guests can take an afternoon siesta or simply enjoy our indoor activities. The evening is followed by another session of Asana and Meditation (2 hrs). The day ends with a fun and frolic session around the bonfire. Later proceed for a scrumptious dinner and retire for the night.
We start the day early today, with a wake up call at 6 am superseded by a guided Breathwork Meditation guided by Ms. Pratima Srivas. Breathing is the very essence of life and the first thing we do when we enter this world and the last thing when we depart. In between, our bodies absorb roughly half a billion breaths. Apart from sustaining life, the mind, body and breath are so intimately connected that they deeply influence each other. Deep breathing practices advocated in yoga training can have a positive impact on our physiology, both body and mind. Heal, align, and balance your chakras with her in a chakra balancing Hatha flow. We hence focus on this aspect today.
As the morning unfolds, gear up for a mind and soul satisfying filled day! This segment of the journey will indisputably make you fall in love with the way one looks at wellness.
We kick start our day with some healthy but oh so yummy breakfast at 8 am followed by our first Outdoor Session with none other than Mr. Rohit Tokas wherein he would be introducing Boxing to our guests (2hrs). Post this, guests can then relax until lunch time. Afternoon time is for leisure, the guests can either soak up the surrounding beauty or can simply head out for exploring. But they have to make sure they don't miss out on the amazing, high on energy Zumba session by Ms. Pratima Srivas. The day concludes post a hearty dinner, and a well deserved night’s rest.
Today is the day we take our heels off! Like literally! Post Breakfast We head straight to the Boxing Area for a rigorous yet satisfying physical endurance session led by Mr. Rohit Tokas (2 hrs) including - punching bag, punching pad workout. Thereafter guests can cool off followed by lunch. We resume the session at 4pm (1.5 hrs) led by Mr. Manak Thakur and Mr. Shakhsham Thakur. Evening is free for leisure followed by dinner.
Wake up to the beautiful sunrise for yet another exciting day. Subsequent to having breakfast, we will start our trek to Lamadugh by visiting Hadimba Temple. Located amidst the snow-covered hills of Manali and gorgeous cedar forests, this beautiful shrine is built on a rock that is believed to be in the image of the goddess Hadimba herself. Later, you will enter the forest area via Nasogi village.The day of this village starts early. One would find the warmest and most friendly people here. Gradually, you will follow the trails of jungle till Lamadugh (3380 mtrs), you will have your packed lunch sitting across one of the most scenic locations. With a heavy heart, we will start our journey back to the base camp and in no time, we will begin our chit-chat session around the warmth of the bonfire. Tired yet content, we have dinner and head to our rooms to ease off for the night.
Today we embark on exploring Manali. Visit to sites like Van Vihar, Beas river bridge, Himalayan Nyingmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, Old Manali - Manu temple, Cafe hopping, Clubhouse.. Packed Lunch would be provided since it is a day out. Return by evening, followed by a musical night and dinner.
Work hard, Play hard, that's our crossfit game! Today’s plan includes crossfit and onbody training session placed strategically across the day. CrossFit became a super popular workout a few years ago when box gyms began popping up not only across the country, but the world. Crossfit is practiced by members of over 13,000 affiliated gyms in 120 countries. A form of high intensity interval training, Crossfit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. Our inhouse mentors would be guiding these movements. Now the session would mostly consist of actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Many workouts would feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weight lifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles. The day would end with a lip smacking dinner.
A day filled with fun and frolic! Adrenaline junkies can get their fix today amidst the majestic snow covered mountains of Manali. River Crossing, Ziplining, Mountain Biking (rental), Rafting, Paragliding(Chargeable basis), Solang Valley (Chargeable basis). Packed lunch would be provided today. Evening ends with dinner and a bonfire.

In continuation with the previous day’s session. Today we head start our day with strength training during the day and thereafter post lunch continuing with Boxing (Sparring) session. Evening is for leisure.

We immerse ourselves in nature's wonders as we start with the 3 KM trek, surrounded by lush greenery and the bewitching sound of flowing water. Just 15 minutes drive from bustling Manali to the peaceful Vashisht temple complex, is your starting point. Journey through charming apple orchards, scented pine trees, and beguiling streams, creating a picturesque backdrop. Visit the mystical Yogini Mata temple, nestled at the base of the waterfall, and feel a sense of tranquility in this spiritual haven. Post the tranquil rejuvenation we are all set to take a shortcut to happiness, which is Dancing! Time to let your hair down and enjoy an evening filled with good food, bonfire, music and dance.
In our tradition, it is believed that any event is incomplete without a proper closing ceremony. In continuation of our belief we would today be holding a Hawan ceremony wishing all the guests goodluck, good health and prosperity. With this our event comes to a close.
