From IGI Airport: Take the Airport Express Line to New Delhi → Switch to Yellow Line till Rajiv Chowk → Then Blue Line towards Noida Electronic City → Exit at Noida City Centre.

Advance Payment: A minimum advance amount is required to confirm your booking. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 24 hours before departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
ID Verification: All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof. Boarding will not be permitted without it.
Non-transferable Bookings: Bookings are non-transferable. Only the individual(s) whose name(s) were provided during booking will be allowed to travel.
No Refund for Unused Services: No refund will be made for any inclusion or activity not used by the traveler during the trip.
Luggage Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their own belongings. TravelMite will not be liable for lost or stolen items.
Fixed Departure Timings: All travelers must reach the pickup point at the scheduled time. Delays may lead to missed departure without refund.
AC Policy: AC will be turned off in hilly areas for safety reasons and vehicle performance.
Substance Ban: The use of narcotics, banned substances, and weapons is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in removal from the trip without refund and may involve legal action.
Conduct: Disrespectful or disruptive behavior toward fellow travelers, staff, or locals will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your trip.
Environmental Responsibility: Travelers are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid littering at all locations.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of natural calamities, landslides, or roadblocks, the itinerary may be adjusted for safety. No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes due to such reasons.
Campsite Rules: Only registered guests are allowed at the campsite. Any damage to property will be chargeable.

Cancelation policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure smooth operations and fair coordination, the following cancellation terms apply:
Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more before the trip: 50% of the total trip cost will be deducted
15 to 30 days before the trip: 75% of the total trip cost will be deducted
0 to 15 days before the trip: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)
Additional Conditions:
The booking advance is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be made for any unused services or inclusions.
In case of natural calamities, roadblocks, or government restrictions, alternate plans will be made but no refund will be provided.
Change of travel dates is subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days prior to departure.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication channel.
Force Majeure:
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as landslides, protests, or weather disruptions, TravelMite will do its best to adjust the itinerary, but refunds will not be applicable.
