Full Payment:

Booking Transfer:
Transfer or substitution of bookings is not permitted. Only the travelers whose names are given at the time of booking will be allowed to participate.
No Refunds for Unused Services:
No refunds or travel coupons will be provided for any inclusions or services not availed by the traveler during the trip.
Personal Belongings:
Travelers are responsible for their own valuables and belongings at all times. The company or management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Departure Timing:
The trip departure time is fixed and communicated well in advance. Travelers must report to the departure location at least 30 minutes early. Delays or failure to update your Trip Leader/Coordinator promptly may result in cancellation of your trip.
Prohibited Activities:
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside all travel vehicles (buses, cars, tempo travelers, etc.) to ensure the health and safety of all travelers.

Itinerary Changes:
Weather conditions, road conditions, accidents, or participant’s physical ability may necessitate changes to the itinerary. The company reserves the right to make such changes at any time during the trip to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of travelers.

You may replace a traveler (except for airline/train tickets) if:

No transport tickets booked for the replaced traveler
Transport bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Refunds
After cancellation confirmation, you will receive a travel credit voucher valid for 1 year.
Refunds will incur a 2.5% payment gateway fee + 5% GST (except for UPI payments).
Trips may be canceled or changed due to:
